Statutory audit is a requirement by Companies Act,2015 or resolution by the directors or business owner, aiming to safeguard the stakeholders of an organization.

Based on the type of audit that is being undertaken the requirements might defer. However, the required documents would be detailed in an audit engagement which will also determine the final reports that would be shared with the client upon completion of the audit.
